SeisHarvest to help collect non-compliant format to standard seg-y files.

Recently ExGeo release a mini software to help harvesting non-compliant format to (split/combine) standard seg-y version. It works as off-line mode or real-time mode, surpport Sigma, Ref TEK and etc.
